What don't you like about working at Boydell Development Co.?
"The unstructured environment that doesn't allow room for advancement. The pay is one I'm ashamed to have accepted with the education and 15 years of experience that I now have. There are no benefits which forces me to do alternative things that are costly in order to maintain my health and the change in rules that seem to change by the week due to inexperienced upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"So many. I would first start off by hiring those who only have experience/education and not just based upon nepotism. Also I would do research on the successful companies in the area in the same field and run my company in a like manner. Hiring those who have already been successful in the field would be sought out."
