"I started working for Boston Market in 2016, after 6months I was promoted to manager, two months after that I was given another promotion to shift supervisor! The company was a great experience!"
"So unlike my last restaurant job where ya serve 20 people or so at a time, here ya serve more like 2 people at a time. Though there is more takeout. The definition of busy is different here. You have to be creative with finding a way to occupy yourself with a job related task. Unlike my last job where ya have a lot of tasks to get done for now, here ya have a few tasks to do now and a lot of tasks for preparing for hours from now. The people are nice. The job is boring which is normal. They give very very few hours. So even though they say you are working full time they only give three two hour shifts. They don't seem to have a problem with you leaving later as long as you don't say you are staying. So stay longer than you are supposed to like 3 hours longer without worries. The manager does nothing to ensure you are getting paid. So be careful to check you are getting that check in the mail. Though ya should not just work for money, the manager is a little cheap. They won't pay you for the full hours ya work. So enjoy the job. Don't just do it for the money."
"'ve had a decent experience, but most aren't that luck. Great hours decent wages"
