"Change of pace, never had to be involved in pure business side of things (I was responssible for strategic investments and partnerships)"

"You will be interviewed by experts in their field, make sure you do your homewok and that your background really fits..."

"not a good fit for my background, they need more CS (compiler) expert than application developpers, no much algorithms work was needed either"

"I like the agile software development environment, leading edge data warehouse technology, and the ability to build a solid successful team."

"Too much baggage from years of neglect and improper management."

"Moot at this point, but they should have included everyone at Borland in the goal for selling the company."

"I enjoyed working with good people and the management. Huge financial issues with company are forcing them to sell."

What don't you like about working at Borland & Borland?

"Unfortunately Borland had a significan downsize prior to the sale of the assets of the company and all outside sales reps, quota achievers or not, were let go."
