"Change of pace, never had to be involved in pure business side of things (I was responssible for strategic investments and partnerships)"

"not a good fit for my background, they need more CS (compiler) expert than application developpers, no much algorithms work was needed either"

"Unfortunately Borland had a significan downsize prior to the sale of the assets of the company and all outside sales reps, quota achievers or not, were let go."
