"BAH has a very interesting history. Because of the recent split, it has a more specific focus than before, which is good."

"I had to travel; I will not travel because of family."

"Listen to employees - when they repeatedly express concern over travel and schedules, try to address those concerns."

"To listen to the interviewer carefully and decide if you can work for that person because I was interviewed and worked for the same person and I really didn't care for his personality but I didn't think he would be my boss."

"I didn't like the group that I was working with. They were a very unhappy group that didn't seem to like their jobs very much and they didn't seem to like outside hires."

"To pay attention to the real go-getters. To always look for those people who are willing to learn something and want to learn something new."
