"Company has a good reputation overall, although things have changed dramatically since going public in November 2010 and also varies by office."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it. There is no job security and it is an unhappy and miserable place to work. The level of dysfunction trumps any other place I have worked. Be prepared to kiss butt and lie if you come here."

What don't you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?

"The culture is absolutely stifling. Check out the movie The Firm and you will get the idea. Little to no information is shared from Senior Leadership and you are excepted to have a utilization rate of 96%. This leaves no time for anything else. Layoffs have started and the office (Atlanta) feels like it is falling apart. Senior Leadership does not know what they are doing and lack ethics and morals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Someone from Virginia needs to come down and ask some serious questions about what is going on. Make an anonymous poll available to all employees and you will get a better idea of what is really going on. The current path is unsustainable."

"Communicate fully with your employees and be mindful of what their needs may be from you."
