I have been challenged more and learned more in this position than anywhere I've ever been. Krista is an amazing mentor. She's super smart and very direct and pushes you to achieve at a higher level. Her style has been the push I needed to advance to the level I'm at currently. She is also a fair and honest manager and creates an environment of empowerment. She encourages new ideas and allows freedom within the team for growth in any direction. Overall the culture is positive and supportive and one of the healthiest places I've ever worked."
