"Prepare to join the Borg collective, or don't bother applying. There are some real fantastic postings, but most are not."
What don't you like about working at Federal Government?
"Red tape. Default answer is no. Systemic mistrust from higher ups."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ditch the deadweight, allow more autonomy, trust subordinates, cut red tape."
