4.9I've worked with Boot Camp Digital since 2017 and it was my first remote-working position. I absolutely love the team and our CEO is an incredible human being. Although we each work from different locations, we are extremely communicative and supportive of each other. We are small but productive team as learning how to utilize our time for the most impact is a big part of our work culture (and is a great lesson in work/life balance).
Krista has created a work environment where she welcomes new ideas and allows for continued growth. She wants every member of her team to feel confident and to let their unique talents shine. I've learned life lessons as well. Particularly about how to quickly test ideas and how to move on when something is not working out.
I've learned so much about my own potential working with this team as well as tons of insight into digital marketing. I highly recommend working with or for Boot Camp Digital if you get the opportunity to do so.
