"I've worked for Boeing for less than two years. The first year or so was full of learning and new things and challenges. After a year, the learning curve leveled out. At that point, I wanted to start contributing and making a difference. However, Boeing is extremely hesitant as a company to embrace change, even if it can improve the company. If you want to be a mover and a shaker, this may not be the right company for you."
