I took a few years off to attend Edinboro University of Pennsylvania to pursue my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Media Arts. Overall, my impression of the work environment is excellent. It's a very friendly, fast-paced place to work."

"say you'll do anything, and don't believe alot of the hype they are going to give you..they hire uppermanagement from the outside now..you will most likely never move very far up the totem pole."

"No support from corporate, it's all about making the shareholders money and they really couldn't care less about anything else..especially the well-being of their employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up and pay attention! Your ruining this formally great company with crazy expectations that no one can reach! If you expect people to make these kind of quotas how bout helping us out once in awhile."

"When interviewing for this company, you must be willing to work long shifts, have inconsistent schedules, and with little direction."

"Having to work every holiday and weekend, and the 12-14 hour shifts with no consistent schedule."

"I think that they should be more considerate with their staff, and criticism should be constructive. Yes the employee should know they are doing wrong, but a corrective action should be in place."
