Can make money, is what's told at interview, expected to make quota each week, first verbal, then written warnings are given, third written you're fired, end of story, uses fear tactics to sell packages, company has high turnover rate, and getting worse as the months go by, this company is not for you if you have a family to support, your job is on the line, they have no regards for you as a person.
I worked for this company for more than five years. The department I worked in was a toxic working environment and unabashed favoritism. When I first started with Bluegreen I loved going to work. After about 6 months I realized there is a long-standing culture of favoritism and lack of support for the non-essential employees. The way I was treated by the manager and director was mean spirited, cruel, heartless and in my opinion bordered on retaliation. My position was terminated in a way that I could not get a severance payout and I could not get unemployment benefits. This is just one of the mean spirited and spiteful experiences myself and coworkers experienced within the department.
They need to learn some more about managing people and not just an office. It is important at the management level to have better people skills.
