"The executives are insulting and snide because they have a purple binder that they write notes about the employees in all day and act as if their bachelors degrees are really PhD's."

"I would look at the employees with appreciation and not as if we are criminals. I would thank them and treat them as adults, not children."

"No organization from the Directors. Operations Manager, and a couple of team leads were very rude and thought we should kiss the floor they walked on. Never gave feedback and would sit in their office most of the times."

"I would say if you know you're unhappy and know this company truly does not see your talent, go to a better company that will."

"Unless you are part-time so it’s not a full focus and you like the selling then go ahead. Between the unhelpful managers and zero support, you’re doing a lot of fending for yourself. The work environment is very toxic and unsettling. It’s kind of a hot mess, there’s no real room or support for growth."

"Terrible technology, political, no clear managerial direction, disorganized and haphazard leadership, never kept in the loop about big decisions... ex. promotions, terminations. Unmotivated associates and management alike. Additionally, they offer very poor benefits."

"Move away from a heavy promotional calendar, it's meaningless. Focus on making employees feel valued! It's not rocket science, it's retail... simplicity works. Bottom line, people shop for product, not people."

In a job like that you have to be very patient because some people seek attention and somebody to listen to them and compliment them more than what they came to look for."

"A good management is a key to a successful place. Without a good management, nothing will work. It will be chaos. A good management is being perfect at what a person is doing. From supervising a group of people to making sure that everything is done in time and perfectly, and also being ready to any surprise that may come on the way and taking care of it diligently."
