"I strongly agree with another sales associate's comment (amazing mgt team). At Aventura, great mgt team with Bob, Maryann, Susan, Wendy -- NO KITSCH!! Very efficient, NO DRAMA, big on charity events. Just continue to get rid of LAZY people. In this economy, people should realize how lucky they are to have a job."
