"While I find Bloomberg to be a very successful company on the outside, there are quite a few bits of politics that make working on the inside difficult. It is not quite as easy to move within the company, either as a contractor or an employee, but especially as a contractor. There are all these new restrictions in place, that make it nearly impossible to complete one's duties at times, without multiple levels of approvals. The pay increases are non-existent."
