"Great company to start right out of college, or to finish up your career. Bloomberg has a flat structure so opportunities for vertical growth are challenging but horizontal moves are common and encouraged. Being a private company the benefits are very solid (20 days off, free healthcare, 15% 401k match). Pay comp is slanted towards high salary/low bonus in sales (I.E. there is no commission and performance is a stack ranking - your best year could not get you paid more if your peers all had better years). Management is somewhat old-school - do not expect flexibility working from home. Remote work has always been frowned upon and the idea of flexible work is not found here. Overall, if you don't mind the traditional 8-5 job where you have to go into the office with a solid salary, would be worth applying!"
