"Employee in charge of project was NOT a technical expert. She did not know about CMS, database scripting, or Web 2.0 technologies. She was also not aware of scope/timeline of project because it was a big project."

"In the future, upper level IT or management should have overseen this project instead of someone who was previously in accounting and promoted to training and development. She should have had better technical knowledge to manage the project."

"Your clients are your revenue stream, your employees are the one opening up the stream, but do not forget about the guys behind the contract, the salesman closes the deal, but there is an armee behind him/her supplying the tools to do this, don't forget them."
