"Get technical scope and requirements in the beginning, and make sure you have the necessary tools/software to successfully complete your assignment or project in the beginning."

What don't you like about working at Bloomberg?

"Employee in charge of project was NOT a technical expert. She did not know about CMS, database scripting, or Web 2.0 technologies. She was also not aware of scope/timeline of project because it was a big project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In the future, upper level IT or management should have overseen this project instead of someone who was previously in accounting and promoted to training and development. She should have had better technical knowledge to manage the project."
