"Smile, Know how to engage customers, and listen. Learn movie titles/release dates, Be on time. Know how to multi-task/be friendly/strong work ethic and have excellent sales strategies!"

"Poor management; need better training system; under paid; lack of employee appreciation."

"Implement employee rewards (more commission and personal growth opportunities and recognition)... I suggest an Employee of the Month/Year program at a store and national level with $ benefits - great motivational tool!"
