"My favorite aspect of this job was dealing directly with the customers. I am cool under pressure when dealing with angry customers but am in my element when simply helping customers leave the store happy."

"The basic tip for interviewing with Blockbuster is to just be normal. They tend to attract the underbelly of society but even though they don't mind if you have tattoos and piercings and dyed hair, they expect you to be intelligent and have common sense."

What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?

"The worst aspect of the job was the low pay coupled with the lack of employee loyalty. In this economic climate along with their own specific situation financially, they just want as many low pay employees as possible."
