"Terrible company - corrupt management."
"It was a great place to work. Great people, great atmosphere... great company!"
What do you like about working at Black Ops Entertainment?
"The atmosphere was great. You weren't ever too stressed, but at the same time, people were dedicated to working hard and getting everything done. Not constantly being hounded by your bosses frees you up mentally to be more creative, and also gives you the freedom to implement systems and algorithms properly. It's a good balance."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They're cool guys, so don't feel too pressured. They're not going to bite your head off if you say something they don't agree with. Just go in there with a good attitude and know your stuff. If you're a good candidate, you'll do just fine."
What don't you like about working at Black Ops Entertainment?
"I guess the biggest thing that bothered me was the lack of passion from co-workers. Too many people treated their time there as just a job. I suppose that isn't the worst thing in the world, but certainly it would be nice to see some more energy from people there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They all did a great job, so I don't have much to suggest other than to keep up the great work!"
