"I've been with Bioscrip since 2001. I have seen many administrations come and go. Each have had strengths and weaknesses, as one can expect. I feel there is currently a lack of direction from upper management. There is also a severe lack of communication and confusion emanating from the HR department, adding to the overall unease of many employees."

"At first, it seemed like an World Class Organization. But believe me, after the honeymoon, I would rather be stuck in someHell Dimension in an alternate Universe."
What don't you like about working at BioScrip?
"The management and staff are completely incompetent. They have NO regard for a work/life balance. The IT management is a joke, as they attempt to 'manage' their employees from the home office. If you are not in the social click, your ideas and suggestions are regarded as useless. I would not recommend any software professional, with any years of experience to waste their time at such a useless organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As with the comments in seekingalpha.com and jobvent.com, the whole management team should be fired. They are the most incompetent individuals I have ever experience in my entire technical career."
