I hate how they're two faced, that they'll tell you one thing and do the opposite, I hate how they treat their IT team like that we're all a dime a dozen. I hated how a lot of the people in charge let their person problems outside of the work place effect how they operate inside the office I hate how an excited employee walks in with donuts for his entire team and the manager while deciding to fire said employee walks over and eats most of the offering to the team leaving nothing for no one.
3Great pipeline, rewarding work, on the job learning and experience. This company is NOTORIOUS for bringing on contractors/temps and keeping them on full time without converting them to permanent employees. This causes the company to spend double on a contractor (times thousands of contractors) to keep them there and the contractor gets paid half of that in return, with minimal healthcare and benefits and minimal perks.
