"The opportunity to work with the most talented and gifted CAD/CNC programming man I've ever known, and having him as a mentor. It was also 5 minutes from my home when located in Burr Ridge"

"Get any promises in writing"

What don't you like about working at Billet Specialties?

"Hiring incompetents from outside the company as well as unqualified family members as management. Needed to learn how to treat employees who were not family members better. Need to follow through on promises/commitments made to employees, especially regarding salary and career advancement opportunities"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote from within / fire all family members / don't make promises you can't keep / don't tell employees you don't have any money then build 3 six-figure show cars in one year"
