"Acceptable experience in sales at the beginning of a career. Making a transition to another firm can be extremely challenging later on."
What don't you like about working at Berlitz Languages?
"Organization is top heavy. Too many managers (who sell nothing) get the best compensation while all others struggle (including sales). Especially unfair for teachers. Insufficient incentive for them to deliver the core Berlitz service."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Completely overhaul the organizational structure. Hire outside consultants to review. No insiders have the guts to suggest meaningful change."
