"Organization is top heavy. Too many managers (who sell nothing) get the best compensation while all others struggle (including sales). Especially unfair for teachers. Insufficient incentive for them to deliver the core Berlitz service."

"Completely overhaul the organizational structure. Hire outside consultants to review. No insiders have the guts to suggest meaningful change."
