"I worked at Berkeley College for over 5 years. I find that the company fails to retain talent due to its lack of dedicating time to develop a success plan for associates. Advancement is based on performance; however, there is no CLEAR outline as to what EXACTLY needs to be accomplished to move on to the next level. There are many managers in place, but very few leaders. The chain of command has so many levels; messages are lost or watered down by the time they reach the decision makers."
