"I've worked for Bemis since 2013. The environment in IT is very upbeat and everyone gets along great. The only downfall is that sometimes you're viewed as a number in such a big company and there's not too much room for promotion than to another department. Micro management can occur from time to time and there are a lot of changes in roles throughout the year. In the year and a half that I was at Bemis, I've had 3 different managers."

"I liked the company. I sometimes traveled to much to other plants"

"Continue to to use the tool for continuous improvement and you will be successful"

"I like the nature of work they do and get, their enthusiasm for innovation and their potential for growth."

"Take the time to know current and employees and get the real story about the culture and goals of the company."

What don't you like about working at Bemis?

"Too many chiefs, not enough indian. There is also a lack of trust from upper management resulting in high inefficiencies and mediocre level work."

"I would trust the people I hire and let them do their job.; nurture, encourage, challenge, mentor and bring out the best in them."

"Working directly with the customer. Supervisors were good to work with."

"Play to your interviewers likes. If your asked about sports or anything not work related,act like your into it whether you are or aren't."

"Expected more from employees while taking away certain perks. The moral of the employees was bad towards the end of my run."

"Give employees a no point no pay day to recoup every now and again."

"Make sure you have a long talk with Curt Doty the Manager of the Digital dept and make sure you see eye to eye with him"

"The office was small cramped and dirt noisy and dark"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"move to a larger office buy some new chairs and get organized"
