"Terrible place to work. They hired 3 stress analysts on the same day and within 3 months they had laid off all 3 as too slow.Probability says they should have kept 1.5 stress analysts, or at least 1. In my personal experience I was given an assignment to finish by 1/1/14. On 1/1/14 as I turned in the completed stress analysis they COMPLETELY changed the design. When I finished it two weeks later, the work was approved by GE. Don't work here unless you are desperate."

Lastly, Belcan is not responsible for my layoff, GE Energy is. Belcan is doing what they can to find me another position with GE, in Aviation, Oil & Gas, or Transportation."

"My position was a data systems specialist embeddedw ithin an international aviation company. My role consisted of the acquisition of test data and the utilization of various sensors designed to collect the data."

"It's a great company! Just be careful of which customer/organization you decide to contract/. Again, any rating have to do with the organization/department I was embedded within."

What don't you like about working at Belcan Corp.?

"I think I will let the grading speak for the grading."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My issues were not with the my employers, it was with the management team from the company I was embedded within. Caveat: all grading will relate to the organizatiion in which I was embedded within."

"this company has offices in 60 locations, however there is not a process to relocate for career development"

"being contracted in to the work place never provided enough company/career pathway to completion"

"allow for transferring between offices/projects as workload demands. this could help to retain associates"
