"I worked there for over 5 years. Company is made up of a caring, very hard working team which is a big plus. But top management leaves much to be desired with their autocratic leadership style. There is very much a feeling of constantly working with “a target on your back” when management is keen to quickly replace key employees with someone else who is much less experienced but is willing to do the job for cheap."

"Ask yourself how independant you are and how well you work with little supervision. This is a place dedicated to the recruiters who can take work and run with it, with little to no supervision other than the client we support."

What don't you like about working at Beeline Group?

"The company lacks the ability to develop my career much further. I am looking to gain responsibility and lead others. I am not sure this is a reality here."

"Not many! The management here is pretty good. Perhaps more open lines of communication and clearer demonstrations of the path that we can take to grow here."
