"I have worked for BD since 2017. The company continues to grow internally, as well as through acquisitions. The culture of the company is relaxed, with good benefits. The company has enabled me to grow professionally, but opportunities for movement within the company have been limited. There have been multiple organizational shifts since I have been employed with the company, which have made it difficult to be promoted."
