"The processes tend to be bloated and at the expense of productivity. Also, the company culture is a crapshoot. I believe BD means well, but doesn't do well of consistently celebrating and creating spaces that facilitate team-building, knowledge sharing, etc. Ongoing siloed work is not uncommon."
