"The company has since been acquired and it might not be the most current form of advice needed. I will say only this - be prepared to work hard."

"It was a huge company and sometimes the bureaucracy could be hard to contend with. However, my boss gave me lots of room within his purview."

"Train people well, inspire them, give them the right tools, set clear goals and then let them run. Be there to course correct and help if needed."

"Ability to work from home/field based. Some flexibility to set my own schedule."

"No. Do not interview here. You will be dissatisfied with the company, there is major micromanagement, goals that are impossible to meet that will affect your pay. There is also no future growth opportunities. A bad company all around."
