"I have worked for MEDRAD/Bayer Healthcare for six years, this company is in total disarray. I don't know how this company makes money it is so backwards and inefficient. They preach six-sigma but not sure if the company even knows what six-sigma is because they are the opposite of lean technology and six-sigma principles. They are over staffed, disorganized, and poorly managed. There are good people here who want to do good work but the management team can't get out of the way"
