"It is a nice place to work at as well friendly staff very helpful lots of stuff to learn about . A great eater dinner place. It a stress free job . I like working and training with others."

"Hope to get off a contract job and move over to get hired in full time at Siemens health care that is taking over Bayer plant. If not plan to start a new career with someone company that has full time openings ."

"Ask a lot of questions about the job and parameters for performance, especially how you will be measured against."

"Opportunities to grow were limited, especially with the rotation of management from Germany to the US."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give more ability for promotion from within the US employment staffing. It was very limited while I was employed at the Mishawaka facility."
