"I quit because of their in-flexibility. Do you know that if you punch in 1 minute late, it would be forever on your personal record. No matter if you discover the cure for cancer, if you are 1 minute late 4 times you will not get a raise or bonus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Come back to earth--you are not God."
