4.4Continue doing what your doing! Obviously something is being done right to continue being the most fun store on the block to work for and one most employees look forward to showing up at work. It's a great environment and so welcoming so continue to open your ears, minds, and arms to your employees and you'll see continued success from employees.
1.9I worked for Bath and Body for 9 months as a key holder, at first it seemed great. Then they started firing everyone in the management team, forcing me (the part time key holder) to work over 40 hours, which I happily did. A few month after I had been working all these hours I had to call out because I was in the emergency room with a virus and when I could return to work I found an email between my new store manager and my district manager saying "I'm unreliable" and "I have attendance issues". I called out two times my entire employment there, both times I had a doctors note because I was ill.
2.2I have been working at Bath and Body Works for about 4 months now. At first, it's a very exciting company to join but you will soon discover that this is not the case. You will get minimum, which is EMBARRASSING for this company considering they are able to retail bottles of luxury shower gels and lotion for $12.50+. Also, the workload is definitely not worth your hourly pay. They also took away our gratis and now we must do demos for them. That's not the meaning of gratis, by the way CEO!!
