"I worked for Basic Energy in a contractor role. The company overall is great but there are a lot of changes happening right now that are creating a very difficult work/life balance. The overall mission of the company is impressive and their dedication to being the best in their field is evident with their latest acquisition and restructuring. I personally enjoyed the department I worked in, just not the direct management."
