"A positive attitude towards patrons is very important for Barona as well as dress code."

"Compensation is not the best.Merit increases and 401k company matched contributions were frozen for about two years. They just restarted 401K contributions."

"None, they are wonderful people and I very much enjoy working for them."

"The Barona attitude is that the customer experience is paramount. In that approach it is like Disneyland for the gambling community."

"I interviewed directly with the Loss Prevention Manager. There was not a pre-interview with their Human Relations Department."

What don't you like about working at Barona Resort and Casino?

"There were no dislikes. It was a sad day when the contstruction project was completd and my services were no longer required."
