"I have worked at Baptist Health South Florida corporate office since 2019. I believe that the company values its employees and has strong ethical values. However, I do believe that there are not many possibilities for growth within the corporate finance department. I also feel that employees are underpaid for the amount of workload."

"If you don't play politics well, don't waste your time. If you don't agree with everything they say, you'll always be in trouble. Don't trust anyone."

"The managers are useless. They micromanage. All they care about is money"

"I would make sure the employees felt like they were appreciated, and I would have their backs."

"They treated their employees great. They were very accomidating in regards to illness and pregnancy. The pay was average however they offered overtime."

"Make sure when hiring new nurse graduates, they are given an adequate orientation."

What don't you like about working at Baptist Hospital?

"They were not very flexible about working holidays. They didn't rotate Christmas or New Years as other units did. THis means alot when you have small kids."
