"The company ok but they were going through a lot of changes and was seriously backlogged. They outsourced some things that shouldn't have been outsourced due to a time crunch that they were under. They were also trying to revamp their brand and image to make them more marketable and appealing to clients."
"I was a contractor for BMS. The employees were always helpful and willing to teach about the company. I've learned about the technical background of a website and the user interface should always be followed in order to maintain consistency and flow. I've learned to use Jira in order to document issues and track projects. Another program I used was Confluence for the team collaboration software, which was great for communicating with the Poland team."

"I started BMS in 2005. They are a very easy going company. Benefits are great! Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, vacation days off and sick days off (though these last two have not changed in over 8 years).Overall the company's upper management is very good and there is a lot of talent in this company. No micromanagement is also a plus."
