"I started BMS in 2005. They are a very easy going company. Benefits are great! Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, vacation days off and sick days off (though these last two have not changed in over 8 years).Overall the company's upper management is very good and there is a lot of talent in this company. No micromanagement is also a plus."
