"I have known most of the people here for years before I came to work here. These are some of the best people I know. Helpful, knowledgeable, and caring!"

"They tell you its flexible and its not. They make your schedule and its all cold calling. Leads are terrible. Managers only care about you making sales so they make money off you. Force you to get peoples investment info so they can steal it for their financial advisors, that’s wrong. Horrible customer service, just a big pyramid scam"

"Churn new agents like no other. Way above the industry numbers. Hire almost everyone and is totally management-driven. Say it’s flexible and it’s not. Lie to get new agents, don’t do it"

"The company doesn’t value training or making an impact on employees. It’s a joke when you don’t get trained and are expected to do your job to the max. When you don’t do it they terminate your contract."

"Great cold call sales training - poor retention training."

What do you like about working at Bankers Life and Casualty?

"Best sales training I've ever received...prepared me for a long sales career."

What don't you like about working at Bankers Life and Casualty?

"No benefits. Poor financial ratings - hard to sell in product to high net worth when competing against other carriers. Med supp too $$$ for middle American retirees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the recruiting philosophy: Hire anyone who'll take the job and see who sticks....it's blatantly obvious that the bottom line is based on ho many you can hire and how much business they leave behind when they drop off."
