"It is very hard working on commission only. I have to work very hard for my compensation. They provide training but is very hard to convince people they need our services. We provide life insurance both term and whole life, universal life policies, medicare supplements, long term care insurance and we help to protect clients assets."

"The commission rates were very competitively set. High commissions that did not affect the clients because Banker's Life bears the cost burden. I was able to offer useful and affordable insurance to mid and low-level income clients while still making a living for myself. I also had the option to network my services to higher-level income clients as well. It was nice to know that I had the capability to offer insurance to clients regardless of their income. Three applications (weekly) at $47 (monthly premium) each would make you over $50,000 annually (not including bonuses and renewals). So to make $50,000 a year, you would only have to get twelve approved applications monthly or 144 approved applicants annually. If you make over $32,000 your first year, you get to go on the annual company trip!"
