"This is a sales-driven environment, and if you are a people person, that's a great asset, however, persuasion and confidence plays a major role, if you are trying to work with them and grow within the company."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The media has brought on a negative impact of banks and working in the banking center, I have received negative reactions from the customers. Even though I know they are personally upset with me, it's just difficult when they lash out because of actions that our corporate officials may have implemented."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Seeking out a new way of referring products to the customers and making their retail banking center staff feel more at ease when doing their jobs."
