"Be prepared for months of time waiting for government and company background checks to be processed."

What don't you like about working at Bally Technologies?

"Blowing dust out of top boxes once a year and then dealing with no-life-having military rejects just kind of hanging out watching movies in a chain link cage 90% of the time is not my idea of electronic/mechanical technician work. It was more like a glorified security guard job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Switch to home based (true field service) for lottery technicians. Did not need to be on-site for that amount of time. You will save money and lower your turnover rates. I understand the need for 3000+ gaming floors to be on-site, but it was not necessary where I worked."
