"Daily phone call quotas can be high, and when calls end up lengthy (some customers talk quite a bit), it set you back."

"I would get a larger office because we are running out of cubicles for our team."

We use some of the most amazing sales tools that help us close more deals and provide our customers with responsive service. And, the management team is always there to assist me when I have questions about a deal I am working on."

"I have brought this up before with my manager: We are in need of more room in our offices because we have simply outgrown our current digs."

"There isn't really anything to dislike about working at Balboa Capital. Maybe we could get bigger offices so we aren't so cramped. But that is the goal in 2013 from what we've been told."

"This was in in my answer above: I would suggest that we quickly get new office space because we have already outgrown our current headquarters."

"We are growing so fast, we are beginning to feel cramped in our small work areas with so many new employees. But I hear we are getting new office space to accommodate our growth."
