The owner is very supportive of education and growth, as well as a positive culture and team building. I knew nothing when I started and have very quickly gained a lot of knowledge in the industry. "This company has nothing organized. You are on your own to figure out how things are done. They have such a high turnover rate and most of the employees working are on a temp. basis or interns. When you are doing your job, nothing is documented and if it is documented it is hand written in a binder somewhere you will not find it. You will stay late hours past 7 pm until your work is finished. Also you have no opportunity to move up in this company."
