"I have held a few positions within the company and each one has promoted me to a higher level. The company believes in promoting from within and I have continued to be taught every aspect of the company to improve my skills and direction in whichever way I have desired. The owner is very supportive of education and growth, as well as a positive culture and team building. I knew nothing when I started and have very quickly gained a lot of knowledge in the industry. The relationships with my co-workers have all grown and we support eachother in the work we do, as well as learn from eachother with a wonderful, positive energy."
"This company has nothing organized. You are on your own to figure out how things are done. They have such a high turnover rate and most of the employees working are on a temp. basis or interns. When you are doing your job, nothing is documented and if it is documented it is hand written in a binder somewhere you will not find it. You will stay late hours past 7 pm until your work is finished. Also you have no opportunity to move up in this company."
