"I love working for a company with great family values and a desire to do the right thing. The operations directors have always been realistic at setting goals and helping their regions to succeed, I've never felt left in the dust, there's room for promotions! However it is hard working all holidays, Christmas and Thanksgiving are the busiest days of the year in many ways."
