"I have the opportunity to help people get outside and enjoy the activities I enjoy. It also allows me to be a professional in those activities which affords me pro deals, inside industry access, and chances not offered to the general public (ski/kayak demos, pro deals, etc.)."

"Be active and love the outdoors, making sure to let them know what you do outside in your resume."

What don't you like about working at Back Country Ski and Sports?

"It is too small for advancement. It does not provide any challenges or chances for me to use my degree."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think the management is doing the right thing. It is too small of a company to hire career oriented employees and because it is in a college town and comes with good perks for a student I think the hiring paradigm is effective."
