"There whole support system for supporting customers. Where always behind the curve in storage technologies.Would rather do business as usual instead of changing with the technologies and customers and exploring new technologies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time working with thier target customers in development, include them in R&D and testing and most of all SUPPORT them properly. The biggest complaint I heard from AVID customers was the lack of support. Medea spent 10 years building a solid name and product with a large customer base. Medea lost 57% of there customers when AVID bought Medea. This was mostly in part because customers thought that AVID support was going to handle Medea support."
